Attorney G. Michael Casey
In 2005, G. Michael Casey received his J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphrey's School of Law. Mr. Casey then opened his own legal practice, focusing on criminal defense as well as juvenile and family law. After joining Divorce Incorporated as a partner/shareholder in 2007, Mr. Casey expanded his firm to two offices in Clarksville and Jackson, Tennessee.

In 2015, Mr. Casey partnered with fellow attorneys Kortney Simmons and Daniel Bryant to form the law firm of Casey, Simmons and Bryant PLLC. The firm's managing member, Mr. Casey primarily focuses on complex and contested family litigation and criminal defense. Named one of Tennessee's Top 10 under 40 family law attorneys from 2015-2017, Mr. Casey continually works to improve his craft and provide high-quality legal services to his clients.

In 2011, Mr. Casey worked with Carl E Seely to offer a seminar on "General Practice and Domestic Issues at Legal Clinics."
He has also offered presentations to the Memphis Area Legal Services' Corporate Counsel CLE on Divorce Basics and the Tennessee Bar Association on "How to Introduce Different Types of Evidence: Introducing Facebook Posts and Texts" in 2011 and 2012, respectively.
